Apple doesn’t want you to use the iPhone 6S battery case every day

Overnight trips are the reason Apple made its brand new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6 Smart Battery Case. The company announced the new accessory earlier this week and Apple’s Tim Cook doesn’t expect you to use it everyday.
So what do we all do about bad battery life?
Cook told Mashable “if you’re charging your phone every day, you probably don’t need this at all. But if you’re out hiking and you go on overnight trips… it’s kind of nice to have.”
Notice the fact he said “probably”. Many people took the release of Apple’s first battery case as an admission that power isn’t good enough on the iPhone 6S, but it doesn’t seem Apple sees it all the same way. Cook also (unsurprisingly) praised the look of the case – which many don’t agree with.

Easy on, easy off

The Apple boss went on to explain why the battery pack curves down on the back of the phone, "in order to get it on, you'd find it very difficult to get it on and off. So the guys had this great insight to put the bend in along with making it a smart case."

If Apple had its way with the new case, you’d just use it for short trips and when you need a bit of extra juice. The problem is many who will buy one of these will use it everyday as living with battery life on an iPhone is really, really hard.

Amazing iPhone 6S deal: this Black Friday code will knock £100 off an iPhone 6S 64G

If you use the voucer code BLACKNOV15 at Mobiles.co.uk right now when buying an iPhone 6S, then you can scrub £100 off the cost upfront.
What makes the deal even sweeter is that it is for the premium, 64GB version, the one that has four times the storage of the entry level device. Whatsmore, the deal also allows you to choose which colour phone you want.
With the deal applied, that means that you only have to pay £75 upfront - rather than £175 - and are then saddled to what appears to be a pretty sweet contract deal too (£31 per month for unlimited calls/texts and 3GB of data).
As with all the best Black Friday deals though, you will have to act fast if you want to cash in, as the deal is only available 'for a limited time.'
This is what T3.com said about the iPhone 6S:
'If you’re someone stuck with the iPhone 5S or, whisper it, earlier, you’ll be badly wanting a new iPhone - and the iPhone 6S is the best Apple handset that’s ever been made.'
So, if you want a new 64GB iPhone 6S what are you waiting for? Click the links below to go to this sweet Black Friday deal.

Some iPhone 6s Owners Seeing Their Phones Randomly Shut Off

Owners of the iPhone 6s are reporting their new devices turning off at random, even if they are fully charged.
Complaints started surfacing when the iPhone 6S went on sale last week, and even though Apple released an update to its mobile operating system with bug fixes this week, shutdown problems persist.
Users have also reported that the home button feels unusually warm when trying to reset their devices, suggesting this could also be an overheating issue. there’s no clear indication yet whether the issue is related to the hardware, the software or a combination of both. Some speculate the issue may be related to the A9 processor inside the iPhone 6S, which had two manufacturers — TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) and Samsung.

Apple to strengthen the iPhone 6S with the Apple Watch's aluminium

Apple is looking to beef up its next generation iPhones. Reports suggest the Cupertino-based company is going introduce the same strong aluminium used on the Apple Watch on the iPhone 6S.
It looks like Apple will put an end to any phone-bending concerns with its next series of iPhones.
Taiwan’s Economic Daily News reports that Apple is going to craft its next-gen handsets out of the same Series 7000 aluminium used on the Apple Watch.
The folks at Cupertino HQ say that the metal is the same grade material used in professional track bikes and is 60 per cent stronger than the traditional aluminium used in the iPhone 6. It also offers one-third the density of stainless steel without the added weight.
So from the sounds of things, we won’t have to worry about our next iPhones bending in our pockets. The Bendgatefiasco somewhat tainted the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus release, so Apple is obviously keen to ensure that doesn’t happen again.
The “unnamed insiders” that apparently leaked the news, claim the stronger metal will be applied to all of Apple’s 2015 phones.
From what we’ve heard before, that includes the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, as well as a 4-inch plastic-made iPhone 5C.
The sturdy iPhone trio are expected to be unveiled in Apple’s same-old September slot.
