Step 1: Enable “Unknown Sources” Installation

As said above that flash player is no longer available in Google play store so we will have to enable installation from “Unknown sources”. to do so follow the given steps.
Steps
From the Home Menu go to Settings
In setting scroll still you find Security and tap on it
Then look for Unknown Source Option which allows you install apps from other source not only Play Store.
Then tap on it the tap OK
Then Exit

Step 2: Download adobe Flash Player apk from Adobe

Adobe keeps on updating adobe flash player apk files, you can download the latest version of flash player apk from here or scroll down the page where you would find many adobe flash player apk files along with newest version.

Step 3: Install Adobe Flash on your Samsung galaxy s3

As the download completes check your notification panel then tap on Download complete notice to install Adobe Flash Player apps on your Samsung galaxy s3.

Step 4: Use Flash!
