The Android 5.1 Lollipop update for the Motorola Droid Turbo smartphone, which is exclusively available on Verizon, will roll out starting today. If you don’t want to wait, you should be able to head to Settings > About Phone > System Update to manually snag the update by the evening as well.
Features will include lock screen notifications, battery tweaks and myriad other adjustments. Visually, the update will carry Google’s all-new Material Design for Android Lollipop, and with Verizon having confirmed, the update for the DROID Turbo.
